The Best Venue Services award recognizes locations that deliver outstanding end-to-end event support. It celebrates teams that go above and beyond to ensure seamless planning, superior hospitality, and excellent guest satisfaction across all event types.

Eligibility Criteria:​​

To qualify for the Best Venue Services award, nominees must meet the following criteria:

1 - Active Operation: Operating continuously for the past 12 consecutive months.

2 - Proven Track Record: Hosted at least 15 events in the qualifying year.

3 - Comprehensive Support: Offers dedicated onsite coordination, catering, or technical assistance.

4 - Verified Satisfaction: Must provide 2 recent client testimonials or review data.

Company or product introducing a breakthrough concept, format or technology.

Eligibility Criteria:Deployed at a real event in eligibility window​. Novel concept, format, or technology deployed by Qatar-based company. Concept-only entries excluded. Must show measurable impact and market-segment novelty.​

Career recognition for distinguished service to Qatar's events industry.

Jury Chair convenes a curation committee to develop a longlist; full jury panel deliberates and votes. Award reserved — jury may decline to confer if no candidate meets the bar in any given year.​​
